As an RN or CNA, you are often on your feet and running around to help patients with their daily needs. It’s easy to feel guilty about leaving your patients for a little while and taking a break. But it’s a must. No matter how passionate you are about your career, you still have to remember to spend time off your day-to-day responsibilities.
